The o-ring covers both the chemical resistance of tetrafluorin and the elasticity of rubber. It is made of rubber with an outer plastic covering and is resistant to almost all chemical media.(Soluble baseMetal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride (except CIF3) are mainly used in pumps and valves, heat exchangers, boilers, filters, reaction vessels, pressure vessels and pipelines Flange, mechanical seal, gas compressor, extraction equipment, etc.
There are three kinds of outer plastic: 1.FEP (polyperfluoroethylene propylene), temperature resistance -20℃~200℃, universal type; 2.
2.PTFE temperature resistant -20℃~260℃, high temperature resistant;
There are two main types of inner rubber:
1. Silicone Rubber (SILCON)
2. Fluororubber (VITON)
Others such as nitrile rubber (NBR), EPDM to be customized.
Coating: Teflon FEP(polyperfluoroethylene propylene) -60℃…205℃ can be used at 260℃ high temperature for a short time
Coating: Teflon PFA(soluble polytetrafluoroethylene) -60℃…260℃ can be used at a high temperature of 300℃ for a short time
Inner core: VITON– Fluororubber E-60C Grade (imported)
Inner core: SILICON– SILICON rubber ZZR 765B (imported)
